About the business
The Elemental Atelier is the online shop of Quantumpunk Creative LLC, based in Kalispell, Montana. These policies cover elementalatelier.com, its shop, member features and inquiry forms. Product-specific information and any separate written project agreement also apply. Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Products and ordering
Our current shop offers printed products made to order. Review each product’s description, materials, measurements, available sizes and care instructions before ordering. Product images may include digital mockups. Screens and printing can affect appearance, but an item that is materially different from its description should be reported to us.
Check your selections and delivery address before paying. Available payment methods, delivery options and charges are shown during checkout. Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date; an inquiry does not establish a delivery guarantee.
Changes, shipping and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its production status; changes or cancellation may not be possible once production has started. This does not restrict a cancellation or refund you are entitled to by law. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will provide the notices and cancellation options required by law. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide the refund required by law.
Returns and refunds
Made-to-order sales are final for change-of-mind requests, customer-selected wrong sizes, and different color or design preferences. Damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed and missing orders are handled under our Returns and Refunds policy. Its standard reporting periods are 14 days after delivery, or 30 days after the expected delivery date for a missing order, without limiting applicable legal rights. Inquiries and creative work
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not place an order or reserve production time. Any custom project or collaboration needs a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing, revisions, cancellation and usage rights before paid work begins. Send only images and other material you own or have permission to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Site content and accounts
Buying a product does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights in its design. Any license for creative work must be agreed separately in writing. Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Do not interfere with the site, impersonate another person or misuse their information. These terms do not restrict honest reviews or other legally protected uses.

The following explains how information is handled in connection with this site.
Information you provide
Orders involve contact and delivery information, product selections and transaction records. Payment information is submitted through checkout and the selected payment service. Our inquiry forms collect your name, email and request details. Depending on the form, you can also provide quantities, sizes, budget, timing, organization details, links or image uploads. Newsletter signup collects your email and subscription choice.
Member accounts involve sign-in and profile information. Account fields include first name, last name and phone. Member profiles are public by default and can be visible to site visitors. The first-name, last-name and phone account fields are configured private by default. Information you place in a public profile or comment can be seen by others; do not post anything you want kept private.
Website activity and cookies
The site uses Wix services and Wix Analytics. Technical and usage information can include browser or device information, IP-related information, pages viewed, referring sources, visit times and session activity. Cookies and similar technologies support site operation, member identification, security, performance and analytics. Account signup uses reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse.
There is currently no separate cookie-consent panel on this site. We have not added a site-specific response to browser Do Not Track signals. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect sign-in, checkout or other features. Contact us using the route below if you want to make a privacy request. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested projects, process and fulfill orders, manage member accounts, communicate about purchases, provide newsletters you choose to receive, understand site usage and maintain the site. Information may also be used where necessary to handle disputes, prevent misuse, maintain business records or meet legal obligations.
Providers and disclosures
Wix supports the website, store, forms, member accounts and analytics. Checkout uses Wix Payments and the payment services available for your selected method, including PayPal where offered. To make and deliver products, order and delivery information is provided to our print provider, Yoycol, and the delivery services involved. These providers process information needed for their roles. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud, misuse or a dispute.
Wix and other providers may process information outside your state or country. Their services have their own privacy information. Wix’s policy is at Wix Privacy Policy and Yoycol’s is at Yoycol Privacy Policy. If you follow an external or social-media link or use a third-party payment option, review that service’s privacy policy as well.
Retention and security
Order, account, inquiry and subscription records are retained for their relevant business purposes. Retention depends on the record, ongoing customer needs, legal recordkeeping requirements and disputes. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. You can request deletion through the contact route below; some information may need to be retained where law permits or requires it.
The site relies on Wix’s hosting and platform security. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Your choices and requests
Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email to stop marketing messages. Necessary messages about an order or account may still be sent. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information through our Product Inquiries and Quotes form. Choose “Other” and begin the message with “Privacy request.” We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including receiving a copy of your information or opting out of certain processing. You can use the same route to make a request or ask us to review a response by identifying it as a privacy appeal. Applicable legal requirements and exceptions govern how requests are handled. Do not send identity documents or account passwords with an initial request.
Children’s information
Please do not submit unnecessary personal information about children through our inquiry forms or public member features. If you believe a child has provided information that should be removed, contact us so we can review and address it as required by applicable law.
Updates
We will post changes on this page with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Changes will not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase or override privacy commitments where applicable law requires otherwise.
