Returns and Refunds

Made-to-order sales are final
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, a customer-selected wrong size, or a different color or design preference. Please check the product description, measurements and your selections before ordering. This does not affect the order-problem exceptions below or rights provided by applicable law.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, materially different from its description, or appears lost or undelivered, contact us through our Product Inquiries and Quotes form. Include your order details and a description of the issue. We may request relevant photos or tracking information to assess the problem.
For our standard claims process, report a problem within 14 days after delivery, or a missing order within 30 days after its expected delivery date. Please report problems as soon as you notice them. These reporting periods do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
Depending on the issue, we may replace or re-ship the item, offer a comparable item of equal value with your agreement, or issue a refund when replacement is not practical or the law requires a refund. Your remedy is not conditional on our production or delivery provider reimbursing us.
Contact us before returning an item. If we require a return because the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost. Do not send an item to a manufacturer or any other address without our instructions.
Changes, cancellations and unfulfilled orders
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its production status; changes or cancellation may not be possible once production has started. This does not restrict a cancellation or refund you are entitled to by law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide the refund required by law. If shipment is delayed, we will provide the notices and cancellation options required by law.
