I did a lot of research into what kills mold and is also safe for humans, because I lived in a camper for a while and there wasn't a whole lot you could do to lower condensation in certain corners in winterime. I wanted to ensure no health threats arose, so I tried a lot of things to make sure mold dindn't return if I happened to find some. 

I came up with this cleaner combo, because Hydrogen Peroxide annihilates viral and mold spores. Bleach can do that similarly - but it will ruin your clothes and is harsher to smell. It's not recommended to mix vinegar and peroxide in the same bottle and let them sit, because paracetic acid can be a resulting reaction. It's also harsh and irritating. 

But you can use them together on the same surfaces! And my formula smells amazing. I've had many freinds ask me for the recipe and the ingredients can be spendy and a pain to gather. So I've decided to sell my mold-killing combo, and what's better is, I use a few essential olis that discourage bugs like mites, grian beetles, and ants from settling in. 

I use a little Tea-Tree, Eucaliptus and Peppermint, and sometimes Lemongrass in my forumla. It pairs well with some of the fragrance themes I favor. I offer three scent options! Almond, citrus-vanilla, and lavender!

This cleaner is safe for use around kids and pets. I only recommend for your cats and dogs that you don't spray this on anything they like to sit on, or eat near, because Tea-Tree isn't good for them to ingest. Definitely don't spray it directly on them - but I shouldn't have to tell you that, of course.

Seriously, this cleaner smells amazing, and it has worked wonders to stop mold or mites I've found from coming back while I was using it under normal home conditions. It's not going to stop rot if you live in a cave - but it's extremely powerful for your house/camper/appartment! If you have a storage shed that isn't directly open to the outside, it's also worth it to spray around the floor to keep things out of livestock feed.

If I use it on tables and countertops, I tend to wipe it away with a little water just to make sure the peroxide doesn't leave any residue that can irritate the skin. In my experience, it can cause a mild sting that lasts for a few minutes, if you apply the cleaner thick and then leave it to dry or soak your hands in it, but it has never given me a rash or hurt my lungs and throat like the cleaners you buy from the store. Even the natural ones! This stuff is so mild and it's truly amazing how good it is at disinfecting.
